Shipping Policy

This page explains how Hanumat Homes ships your order.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to most pin codes across India through our courier partners. If we cannot deliver to your pin code, checkout will tell you before you pay.

2. Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1-2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery time

The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. It usually ranges from 3 to 7 working days, and may be longer for remote locations or during sales and festivals.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, and any free-shipping threshold, are shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships we send you the courier name and tracking details. You can also follow it from your account or the Track your order page.

6. Delivery attempts

Please make sure someone can receive the parcel. If delivery fails, the courier usually tries again. After repeated failed attempts the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you about reshipping or a refund (shipping charges may be deducted).

7. Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it, or photograph it and email sourabhdhingra@gmail.com within 48 hours. If a parcel is lost in transit we will reship it or refund you in full.
