1. Who we are

2. Products and prices

• We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and finishes can look slightly different on your screen.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• We may correct pricing or stock errors. If we cancel an order because of an error, any payment you made is refunded in full.

3. Orders and payment

• Your order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email or message and, for prepaid orders, when payment is successfully received.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store your card details.
• Cash on delivery, where offered, must be paid in full when the parcel is delivered. We may refuse cash on delivery for orders we consider high risk.

4. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us if you think it has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

These are explained in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website, attempt to access it unlawfully, place fraudulent orders, or copy our content for commercial use without permission.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Hanumat Homes or its licensors and is protected by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Grievances

If you have a complaint, write to us at sourabhdhingra@gmail.com with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered address have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
